getting source file details

Hi

I was directed to this site http://bluerobot.com/web/layouts/layout1.html for help how to set up my webpage using CSS. there are two columns on this page one being a menue and the other being the body, is there a way that I can look at the files that the cSS formating was applied to. I'm trying to work it backwords. tying to figure this stuff out

I think you can "Click" on View > Source on your browser and you should recieve a Notepad of the source file for that page.
