Restricting Remote Linking

Here is my question:-------
I am in the process of making a web site that will have several links to other pages/directories, one of which will contain images, graphics, smiley faces, etc!

What I need to know is, is there some way to restrict remote linking but still allow the visitor/user to right-click and save the images to their own hard drive?

If it can be done it would be OK to restrict the entire website or just the graphics/image directory. Which ever would be the easiest.
