Mail form in flash.

Does anyone know how to setup a mail form in flash? Any good tutorials or can anyone sum up what needs to be coded in order to get one working. What are the rules for integrating php and database access within actionscript. Thanks ahead for any help. :)

...same goes for PHP. Send the variables to your PHP script, and have that script send the email.
