Hi all,

I have just made a site that could be quite useful to all you web developers.

Check out Color :: Mixer (http://www.colormixer.tk)

Also could you leave any feedback on what you think of it and any suggestions as to what I could add to it.

Thanks.

It's kinda slow loading isn't it? I've reached 2 mins loading over broadband and still no sign of life... I use this site myself: http://www.visibone.com/colorlab/

Finally got it - tried ie instead of Opera. Looks neat. Kinda useful. How about adding a chart with the colors in it so you could mouse over a table cell to get the color ref or something - for faster use...

Nice site. I like the clean styling. But Opera's going on for 15mins and the screens still blank. Don't know why that is...

Dave

Edit: If you put a popular colors table at the bottom perhaps you could make it jump to popular colors. It would then be possible to make minor modifications to those basic colors.

Looks good, but doesn't seem to work in Mozilla 1.3 - the text changes colour, but the sample background doesn't change.

Hi,

I havent really done anything about making it cross browser compatible. I have also find out that it doesnt work in Netscape. I guess im just one of those lazy web developers  I will do eventually though.

I was thinking of having a combo box with all the web-safe colors in it, and when you click on one in the list it updates the big sample box. And possibly do another combo box for the color-names (who actually uses those anyway lol).

Thanks for the feedback.
