Fixed Window Size with Flash Video

Trying to create code to play a flash video in a new window. New window needs to be fixed to size of flash video with no toolbar. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

what do you mean by that...

flash.. loading in a flash or flash loading in an html page..

on a flash loading on flash... use loader.. and use some button.. if the visitor click the button it will disappear and the window will load...

on a html... you need.. i think a javascript for that... try to post to the javascript topic to have some ideas and what script is the most like to use..
