The light green text is kind of hard to read, especially when it's blurred like under your logo. My eyes are not great but I truthfully cannot tell what that says and since it's a graphic I can't use text zoom to see it either.

You should get your site more linkbacks and more PR before asking for reciprocal links.

I dont add my sites to new directorys asking for reciprocal links cos it is just not worth it.

Site looks good, though I think your logo looks a bit "thin". What's that big orange bosx in the header for?

No not really there are plenty of directories you can submit to in order to get you going, also doing as has been done and making it so linking back is optional so you will get the odd link back.

Then once you have been around for a while and have some value not just PR wise but TR wise you can make reciprocal linking a must unless to pay to get listed.

True enough, but you need to be careful as some "directories" are just link farms won't help much. I would try to get link swaps from the beginning. The only thing to bear in mind is that there will be a handful of sites who's back link you really want but are likely to be unwilling to unless you already have a good PR (and good content more importantly). These are probably worth holding back a while as you don't want to burn any bridges.
