i am in India want help on registration & hosting

Dear frineds
I am in India i read a few threads in this forum. But still i have some doubt.
I want to register one site and do the hosting.
So what i have to do.
I have to register it from a vendor form india and purchase space form him.
Or i can use any other country provider.
If i can use out of my country provider then how i would pay to him.

Any Informaiton would be apericiated.

It's perfectly possible to buy space from a host in any country.

Unfortunately I can't help you all that much with how to pay. If you find a host in India it shouldn't be a problem because you can pay them in rupee's, but if you were to buy hosting from a company in a European country they would most likely want Euro's.

You'd probably have to pay via a third party company that will convert the money automatically and send it on, but I don't know which companies take rupee's.

Most hosting companies will require that you use a credit card. If you use a credit card to pay for it then your credit card company will automatically take care of the currency conversions for you.

i am asking this questio coz in india companies charging nearly 350 rupees which is nealy $8 . But states companies charges roughly $3. means i can save $5. what is the charge for conversion. if u can help out i would be glad. i am doing all this to save some money.
Any help would be great.
