alright... probably already been answered, but I couldn't find an answer through the search.. so here it is..
I had teh bright idea of using active desktop to display my team's break/lunch/break schedule. Took me five minutes or so to design (basic table, morning break/lunch/afternoon break, ability to email team members) and my manager saw it and wants it for everyone. Good idea, I just don't want to update it every week. So now the question.
The schedule is a simple half hour change every week for lunch, 15 minute change for breaks. How can I have the times auto-adjust themselves to whatever the schedule is for the week?
example:
Break
Week 1
Sergio
9:30 - 9:45
Lunch
12:00 - 12:30
Break
2:30 - 2:45
Week 2
Sergio
Break
9:45 - 10:00
Lunch
12:30 - 1:00
Break
2:45 - 3:00
Any help would be greatly appreciated
