I'm new to website design, this is my first site for my dads band. I was just wondering has anyone got any suggestions or improvements. Are there any problems with it?

Yep, it's nice. The only item that I would change is the color of the menu. It doesn't do much for me, but maybe that is just my eyes.

Take a look at my site. It is very large and needs lots of cleanup work, but I am getting lots of hits.

I thnk I'd go for a different font on that banner. It's really hard to read and at first I thought it said "dork" rather than "dark".

Dork-Dark - I agree with Ray's comment. I had the same reaction! :P

The horizontal navigation is too dark; you may want to lighten the color a little.

I think you should lower the Link Row so that it doesn't run into the header.

I also highly recommend that the color of the Text of the Links should be changed. It is extremely hard to read.

I think the site will be very nice with a few clean-ups.

the reason ur getting alot of hits is because u post ur site url in everypost u do, why not just put it in ur signtature?


as for my review, its lookin pretty good , maybe change up the after dark font in the logo, i like the picture gallery and how its setup and rotates pictures, ur design also cojveys the bands name pretty good to
