Hey everyone. I have built multitudes of websites and webservers but am new to building SSL enabled ones. A few months ago, I successfully built my first SSL website for work. Today I go to access the website and, after prompting to accept the certificate as per normal, a login box pops up and does not display the website until successful local Windows 2003 account credentials are entered, in which the site then displays fine. What gives? I am beating my head against a wall here, and have messed with security and permissions etc, to no avail. Certificate does not expire for another few months too. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
In IIS console open website properties window, click Directory Security tab and click Edit button in Authentication and access control section. In Authentication Methods window make sure Enable anonymous access box is ticked and Integrated Windows authenticated box is ticked - no other boxes in that window should be ticked.

Sadly, I already have it set that way. No dice...
