i have get a free host it's summerhost, i don't understand that host prevent some IP address, detail IP: 118.69.199.9
i rent a company for putting SMS system, seem sad when summerhost prevent IP from this server that my company.
How i prevent this advantage? help me!:(

because, my free host prevent some IP address from other IP that access to. I want to change permit some that IP to my free host.
