Where is the best place to hire an offshore programmer to build a wiki site?
I will use the open source MediaWiki software and FCK editor plugin.

Perhaps there is a forum for Wiki developers that I am unaware of?

Hmmm... kind of quiet in here...
Just an update in case someone else is interested... so far no response on any forums, so I went back into elance and freelancer and saw that there are a number of people there who do just this so will end up following my own advice.
I made a posting on Wikimatrix, but still no replies although almost 2 dozen have already read the posting...
