I like the header but am unsure about what fonts to use as well as what to do with the background. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!
Hmm is he the corporate owner or the franchise owner? You might want to check back if he isn't the corporate owner because usually they have a giant guidebook on how the logos and colors have to be used in any promotional materials. In that situation you usually only get to edit your contact info and maybe some local specials. Also stomach doesn't have an 'e' in it unless it's E.Coli (also bad).
