Dsiplaying Ö fails, but ö displays?

Hi,

have a bit of a strange issue, every other character displays correctly except for this one situation.

I have a correctly formatted XML file containing product item titles, descriptions, prices etc (UTF-8 character set) The text contains German characters, and all display correctly, except for "Puntigamer Österreich Becher" => "Puntigamer �-sterreich Becher". All these work correctly "Gösser Beer Mugs", "Manner Nusswürfel Nuß Würfel 110 Stück"...

The webpage is defined as using the UTF-8 char set.
