Developer Needed - up to $50/hr

I am willing to pay up to $50/hr for developers with adequate development experience (the more open source experience the better).

You must be comfortable working with git and taking phone calls (must at least be available on gtalk). Most projects are setup in portable development environments using Vagrant. People comfortable with ssh (command line) and configuring apache are preferred.

The following technologies/frameworks are what projects may involve, so if you have experience in any of the following please let me know. Items in bold are more important to me.

PHP: Wordpress, Drupal
Ruby: Rails
Python: Django
iOS: PhoneGap
HTML5/Javascript: jQuery, Ajax

If you happen to have any enterprise experience (J2EE, .NET) even better.
