PSD or css/html????????

I am beginner , I am going to start web development the problem is that I don't know what should I do while designing websites either go for css/html code or should try to convert PSD to HTML.I like PSD to HTML as it looks easier job, please give your opinion to help me .:confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:

There are lots of apps that will write code for you. They all, as far as I'm aware, have the limitation in that all you learn is how to use the app. You do not learn how to write code. So the question is: Do you want to learn how to use Photoshop, or do you want to learn how to write code???

If you want to learn to develop Web sites, learn HTML and CSS. Use PS ONLY for a basic graphic layout... NOT for ANY coding!
