I am going to my first build website , i know alot fo languges for making a website like css / html javascript adn other so what can i do after i bulid the cilent side , should i bulid my own server if yes how can make that some suggestions and after buliding the server side how can i put my site on WWW.
any tips can be helpfull
and if you can give me an order of the things

First setup your local environment. If you have windows start with IIS/PHPManager or WAMP. If Linux start with LAMP.
To be able to publish it you need a machine behind a static IP address or any network where you can point the DNS to.
