Mobile Form-Help Needed

Hi

for my assignment i have been asked to write a css to display a webpage in mobile device, but i dont know how to test it, i.e i need to display the page to see what it looks like so i can make changes.

Can someone please direct me to websites where i can upload the files to see what the page would look like in a mobile form.
