Which is more effective articles or press release ?

Articles and press release both are effective for the business and specially the articles because the content is the first thing that attract customers and this is the thing that is beneficial for the business. I think articles are more important and have some value.

I agree that attractive and meaningful article attract visitors and brings business. It also brings quality backlinks. press release is also effective technique which brings huge traffic.
