xml-sitemap.com or even freesitemapgenerator.com both are good.
I mainly prefer xml-sitemap.com because it is fast and gives good results. but it is only for 500 pages. You can also try Gsitemap.

However, I prefer the most xml-sitemaps.com and check-domains.com. Here you can get free sitemaps from 500 to 1000 pages.

Xenu Link Sleuth is the best XML sitemap generator. You might need to run it a few times to determine if you need to filter out specific URLs, etc. before actually generating the XML file.
I think you should try xml-sitemaps.com it can help you to generate e 500 to 1000 page of a website.
