reduce load time of page

This link takes long time to load ( although initially or intermittent )
the tabs.js takes long time to load

Your site seemed to have an appropriate load time. It was no more than 8 sec. The issue was however that it loaded all your content onto one page and then split it up amongst the three tabs afterward. Additionally, your key people tab is not loading correctly. It has repeated pictures and missing logos. Just FYSA. Its a nice site though, good presentation.
