Need some help

Hello
I am very new to coding, and dont have a ton of experince. I can perform HTML and CSS okay but not very good.
I wanted to make this website system, that worked sorta like Paypal. Except it wasn't really paypal.
I just wanted to make my own paying system like Paypal.
Could someone please help me in a direction? I am not really sure how to code something big like that

if you want to make website then you need to learn programming language , you need to work on this area like coding , CSS, etc

Creating a site like Paypal is really big thing, you have to invest much in this...

Try consulting any good programmer..
