Google Keywords Analysis Tool is the best tool, I have ever used :)

I use Google Adwords keyword tool and it is too effective for me as it is based on Google searches.

Keywords analysis mean choosing right and relevant keywords as per your website content suggest because search engine algorithms highlight only relevant search for longer.

I thionk you shoiuld try Googles own tool which is Google Adwords keyword tool to know the Exact Competition of the Keyword.

Important thing check how many search per month, suggest new keywords about main keyword.

If you are using Google Adwords keyword tool then you have option to check exact match searches, competition, you can also research the competition in Google putting the keyword, so I would say it is best option for keyword research.
