How do I activate javascript?

OK, I don't understand anything you typed. Here is the deal, I was filling a form out for a job and when I hit submit it told me to activate javascript. So how do I do this?

I assume you're using Internet Explorer? I recommend downloading Google Chrome and use that as your browser.
