a href tag NOT WORKING!

This has been bothering me, and I am just trying to fix my problem. I am building a website, and my a href tags to go to the social networking tab isn't working for any of them. This problem only occurs in the home page. On another page in the site it worksperfectly. I hope I can fix this!

Yes, I tried linking them to multiple websites, and even other pages in my website. I have no clue what is going on.

You have not included the anchor that is supposed to link to the social networking div. So how are we supposed to tell what is wrong with it???
