I take back the part about ie, now that I have the doctype declaration, its working. Though now it has the exact same problem as in Firefox. Chrome and Safari are working fine.

I have two cross browser problems the first is with Firefox:

• Mozilla is acting fine with no doctype declaration, but when I add it the background images get huge, why? I have the latest version....
