ya the question is unclear regarding the problem and requirement. My suggestion is to keep the <img> tag and <input> tag in ont <div> tag. So the image will shown consistently with input like
<div>...

By using only html it is not possible to do it. but by using the javascript you can show or hide the rows depending on the selected dropdown option

use the image 48*48 image and by using the height and width change the css

use this

the third one stand for "#myMenu which immediately follows <li> and immediately follows <a> tag"
