Why not check on a simple access script using header redirects?

DB-Solution above is also perfectly fine, but protect yourself with the encryption. Don't be "careless" and get burned for it later.

I had this problem previously. The way around it is on the client side in the js use on submit = true and disable the form.

Works like a charm.
