figured out why the vidoe wasnt playing. i was using to new a player and the server i am on is using the sorenson instead of the newer player.

i re-encoded the video with sorenson and it works.

Just referring to the simple play, pause etc. Yes download the movie but pause after first frame so it is ready to go if/when the user does want to watch the video. :)

You arent really using the divs. put all your content into a div container or another container of some kind.
