Finally, I found the solution, I just searched for the two files (libjpeg.so.62 and libgcc_s.so.1) in /usr and then I copied each file to /opt/lampp/lib, of course replace is occurred.

whoami returned www-data. The path or the folder that holds the script and files has all permissions opened, i.e read, write and execute for owner, group and others.

How could I determine this and how could I fix it?

I think that the problem is not related to the access, the error message shows that it is about something missing. However, how could I know the user that running PHP?

I may misunderstand you. I already have on my local Linux machine pdftotext and it run from terminal. As I think it is belong to package called poppler.
