I doubt it. If you have to swf you might be able to find a decent swf decompiler. Other than that, I don't see that you have much of a choice. I would recommend searching Google for your answer.

I don't think you can, I may be wrong, but usually Windows assigns letters by when they are connected. You can specify a certain name, but I don't think you can assign letters.
