    All you have to do is create a .htm file in the directory:

    C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper\

    be sure that you have a container <a>

    coloured scrollbar workaround

    i heard of one og these somewhere but cant remember where

    supoosedly coloured scrollbars are not valid css but there is a way to make it only apply the css to IE.

    min-width doesnt seem to work?

    how do you make a div (such as a container div) be 100% in width and then when you resize the window to less than 700px it stays at 700px?
