    All I really want to know is when the window.location call is done. I don't want to process the next line of code until window.location is done.

    Hi all,

    My basic problem is it hard to wait for window.location to finish whatever it is doing.

    function someFunction()
    {
    window.location = "new location";
    alert("next line hit");
  9. Thanks

    Thanks, to both of you.

    It was I didn't put anchors in the page. However, thanks for both your responses, they were both excellent ideas.

    I hope I didn't waste too much of your time.

    Dynamically Resizing Content

    I have JavaScript. It work ok without strict mode, but with strict mode, it messes up. In IE8 it loops forever. In Firefox it doesn't seem to resize anything.

    I hope someone can help.
