Thanks, I am not so good at design, but yeah it is meant to be a very basic site.
The guy only has about 100 items at the moment so no real need to over complicate it.

Contact that site, many sites and applications use government weather data.
I think there would be a small fee, and most probably they would supply you with a key or password to access the data.

For starters you have a <div class = "gototop"> with a <p> that holds the picture starting in this div and end in the next <div class ="creds">.
This might confuse some Browsers as you are...

Photo shop is very expensive.
Adobe illustrator CS6 and Corel X6 draw are cheaper, about the same price.
I have Photoshop elements which is not very intuitive at all.

I have never used it.
I suggest you validate the page, the validator will sort out any tag issues, that is where I would start with such a large table.

Javascript is commonly used for this sort of thing.
You might have to pay someone to recreate the games in Javascript.

I just built a site in XHTML strict 1.0
Has flash video that plays in all browsers including Apple, but does not work in Apple Mobile devices (1 format).
HTML5 offers 4 formats...??? What for...

The file extension says .php
This means it is a PHP file (also Javascript).
