Can't jump to a frame that has not loaded...
Hint there really is only one scene in a movie...
It's kind of hard to follow.
The variables are loaded externally correct?
Render as html use the expression as a url
&Variablename'<a href='somefile.zip'>Some file</a>
If your running win media then you need to script from asx link the asx in the url for your media player.
Umm why not just do a simple motion tween and target the frame action?
stop() s are good.
Yes it is possible to convert wmv to swf and more importantly flv
*I know I look like a spammer jpnyc*
you need to create them maunally.
Soem vid. to swf /flv have pre built player controls.
Swishvideo as an example
It's not wmp it's flash
For win media player...
<param NAME="Autostart" VALUE="false">
build an asx
link to the asx in your windows media object instead of the movie.
each <entry></entry> will load in the sequence it is presented in the asx.
see my response Here
are the mc's masked?
You can't mask dynamic text.
You might have better luck at web developer's sister site
Getting back to the original subject matter of content protection.
Quite frankly if you put something on the web you make it available for general usage.
Recently I was quoted on a sister site...
I'd use a forum personally.
There are plenty available
the title of the thread could be the project name
updates would come thru responses when the project is finished the thread
I use html kit from chami
I wouldn't use that method.
instead I'd use iframes in hidden div's
that way when you link you can simply target the div
You don't need flash if all you want to do is convert a movie into swf or flv format.
SwishVideo is a great alternative at a reasonable price
It's extremely easy to use import a video and follow...
pick up a copy of windows media encoder.
Yup you'll have to build a pop up page with an object embed
to point to the song)
Put this in the head of your html...
I'd be concerned over other matters,,,,
Geo will corrupt files that they deem have potential for bandwidth abuse.
It's been long known that geocities corrupts swf after upload.
try building an asx file.
then link to your asx file in your windows object code
an advanced asx looks like this
<ASX version = "3.0">
<TITLE>Advanced ASX Demo</TITLE>
<!-- This links...
what your saying is warez.
There are quite a number of problems installing warez not including the fact that you
don't know what else it will install and of course the illegality of the matter.
Have you tried
Unfortunately it's not that simple.
html browsers were never intended to play audio objects. hence the development of plugins. (flash player, windows media player, real quicktime)
Composer is part of the netscape family of tools and is also a good free alternative.
