You will want to use that to send the data From Flash to JavaScript.

The innerHTML does work (in IE), but all the code I assigned to each radio button are no longer hooked up to the elements.
I think i may go the route of using an images as a radio button and toggle...

Does anyone know if there is a simple work around to keeping the radio button checked value when moving them from one element to another?

Look into using frames and refresh the frame instead.

You dont need to install anything.
Its built into your browser.

You might want to use Firebug to view callbacks and ensure you dont have any errors.

I dont think there is any real plug and play system out there, but I have not done all the research either.

I would assume there would have to be some custom solution developed to fit your site...
