I dont believe that is what he is looking for. I am also trying to create a drop-down menu in Dreamweaver 8. What you suggested are radio button to jump to another page. What Dreamweaver creates is a drop-down list. Both are not a drop-down menu.
A drop-down menu is something like what we have on the menu bar that has File Edit View Favorites, etc. Each one of those menus drops down to create submenus.
I dont think Dreamweaver 8 creates one. I believe you need to know HTML, JavaScript, CSS etc on your own to create one.
Simple rule - DON"Tcreate anything in Dreamweaver - use it to code. Drop down menus are reasonably straightforward. The best method is the "suckerfish" method described here and here.
What Centauri says. CSS-based drop-downs like Suckerfish are the way to go.
And they're not difficult at all once you learn a bit about html unordered lists and CSS.
A drop cap is when the first letter of a paragraph is larger than the average font size and that letter ‘drops’ down 2 (or more) lines. You can actually see this right here on Spyre Studios. I’ve attached a screen shot for those of you reading via a feed reader:
