    how could i make a floating image link?

    i need help...ive searched all over the place and found nothing. i was wondering if anyone here knew.

    DIV
    BANNER AD
    LAYERS

    ETC, ETC

    Could you be more vague with this qestion. More Info could produce the results you need.
    Tables work, but eatin becomes messy!
