Web Hosting Features Required for Amazon AWS Clone Script

I've heard these scripts can bring a server to it's knees if you're not careful. What features should you look for in a web host to run an Amazon AWS website?

I would think that really the only thing that you would need would be a responsive server that is not overloaded or oversold and a high mbit connection ( or high bandwidth in other words) . Disk space would not be an issuse as less than 1 MB is used for these scripts as far as I know. Does that all sound right? How much transfer would you say it needs? 10 GBs?
