How to create a download link?????

I've been trying to create a download link to ISO files over 600MB on a server at work in HTML and have had no success. The path is fine, I tested it with an EXE file and it worked no problem but not with the ISO.

Could it be that the HTML can't handle it??
Would I need to use Java script and how do you do that????

Any help is greatly appreciated.

More likely that the server isn't set up to serve it.
