Conflicting scripts

I want to add scrolling news to our website but when I add the scrollingnews.js script my navigator menu script stops working. Any thoughts on how to resolve this problem?

You've most likely got both scripts trying to use window.onload at the same time. Find the lines of code like that and post 'em.
