List of Documents on Web Page

I am new to HTML. I have a web page somone created for me which lists some links to documents alphabetically in a table. I need to add new documents to the list on a regular basis. What is the easiest way to do this so I don't have to move each document to another cell when adding a document in between.

Example:

Doc A Doc E Doc J
Doc B Doc G Doc K
Doc C Doc H Doc L
Doc D Doc I Doc M

Let's say I need to add Doc F - what's the easiest way to do this??
