Link to iFrame

I'm trying to get links to show in an iframe in SharePoint using HTML. Can anyone tell me why the following links open a new page with http://Server Name/”http://www.microsoft.com” in the address field?

You appear to be using some rather funky quotation marks, perhaps something more standard would work.
