Menu similar to zooomr.com

Hi guys, does anyone where i could find a tutorial on the net for a menu system similar to the css one that zooomr.com uses on its homepage?

Which menu on that page are you trying to emulate? I see a few horizontal navigation bars, and not much else.

yes it's the ones at the top which has "photo" "people" "recent" as link items. The resulting drop down is pretty nifty with the transparancies. Just wondering how it is done, i presume it's a mixture of js and css
