Page won't flex after JS image swap?!?!

I am viewing a page I have built n Firefox 1.5.0.3 The page has thumbnails that when clicked on change the main image on the page. This main image's dimensions change. The height is different for each image and I noticed when I click on a shot image from a tall image, the page does not flex to fit the short image. The footer basically remains waaay below the image. Anybody know what's going on?

It works fine in IE.
