When i've parked a domain, can I still link a page to it with advertisements? and will the hosting company only allow me to have a certain amount of parked domain names?
You should be able to do whatever you want with your domain name. A parked page is just your registrars or domain name providers ad page. If you don't have a hosting account to assign it to then you would use domain name forwarding to forward to something else. The amount of domains "parked" should be unlimited. I currently have about 30 domain names that point to one domain name. Not sure if this answered your question but I thought I would give it a try since one of my old jobs was a programmer for Godaddy.com
