on the top header, it underlaps with the nav bar.
it used to underlap tons, but thats as much as i could fix it
it only happens on IE and not firefox
could anyone take a quick look and find the reason for the xtra gap, i'd appreciate it tongs
Well the nav bar needs to be set with l/r margins auto instead of left offset.
how can i set it to offset? i was wondering something like that cause it messes the site up on anything else besides 1024 resolution

It's almost impossible to see the content with that table layout so I'll just take a guess. I think your menu bar is in a table that's 800px wide.
Try making that
<table style="width:800px;margin:0 auto">...
