    Angry AIM Icon issues

I know a year or so ago someone else had the same problem, but when I used that code it didnt work either.

I am trying to make my AIM icons clickable to download from my website. I thought I had the right code but it appears it wont work. It allows me to click on it, and opens up in AIM, I say yes I want to change it when it gives me an Error message: The file you have selected is not a valid image (IM-0705). If I just browse to add the image on my own computer it allows it.

Here is the code I am using
    <a href="aim:buddyicon?src=http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v407/Charsangel/Myspace/Lives%20Page/lpiconC.gif"><img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v407/Charsangel/Myspace/Lives%20Page/lpiconC.gif"> </a>

    Thanks for your help!
