Read Database at Other web server?

I have 2 website. I would like to read 'member table' at Database Website 1 from
website 2?

Then work as usual..

First you have to make sure you can connectly remotely. Your web ost must allow this, then follow yes connect via the ip or domain name. (IP connection gives you a faster connection.)
