Forms and links in HTML

Hi!

i have a form in a page where there are some links.
i want to keep the information that the user has filled in the form, even if he clicks on a link without submitting the form first. is it possible?

You can for some, but not all. If this feature isn't important then go ask on the JavaSCript forum. You'll need to use the page's "onunload" handler to set a cookie. And everybody that doesn't use JavaScript and everybody that blocks cookies will not be able to use this feature.

well im not sure what u meant by keeping the information that the user has filled in the form. but if you mean to submit the form even if the user clicks on a link (or rather, another link), then one suggestion will be to open the link in a new page and submit the form (in the current page) when the link is clicked. this can't be done using html though, its more on javascript
